Prices are to be understood as suite per night. For small children we can obtain travelling bed and feeding chair. If you need any of them, would you please indicate it prior to arrival. • Children under 19 years are allowed to stay in the suits under parents surveillance. However, if they are left alone, in case of any damage caused whatsoever, their legal representative is obliged to pay for the caused inconvenience. If the unattended child suffers any harm in him/herself, the owners of the apartments cannot be made responsible for the caused damage. • The ground level suits (Cactus and Rose) are Pet Friendly. On the upper level pets are not allowed. If you are with your Pet, we kindly ask you to pay special attention to the cleanness, feeding plate, excrement bags and resting place is assured by ourselves.
Arrival: The suites can be occupied at 15,00 on the arrival day. If you want to occupy it earlier, please inform us, and we will do our best to meet your needs if that is feasible. To the Email, -indicated in your reservation, we will send you the access code to the reserved suite.. If you want us to welcome you personally, you are kindly requested to inform us in advance. • Departureslatest by 11 a.m. on the last reserved day.. However, later checkout in certain cases is possible, subject to reconciliation with us, for a certain additional charge.
In case of tenancy exceeding one week, change of bed lining can be requested, for free of charge. More frequent of bed lining change is possible for certain surcharge.. • In case the tenant uses any section or part of the property in not an expected and appropriate manner, we have to ask for an immediate abandonment of the s property, which case the registration fee is non-returnable. (for instance after. 22:00pm. Is loud, or under, narcotic effect, or having infectious disease, or abusing our utility staff or disturbs the the comfort of the other guests or the neighbors or behaves improperly with any of them..) • Smoking ont he suites is allowed on the terrace and ont he balcony The first floor Orchid suite is NON SMOKING! • On the public premise there is closed circuit camera system. All camera recordings are deleted after 3. days. • You are kindly requested to use the property, and all the utilities as intended, and obey all necessary precautions of fire hazard, and accident risks. • You are also kindly requested to use all equipment and utilities according to their functionality.
