FOUR FLOWERS APARTMENT SECTIONS

Accessibility: By car from Budapest on highway M7 and on the same road from direction Nagykanizsa exit on the 105km gate in direction Siófok. Turn to road 7 in direction Zamardi, and cross the railway track at the upside-down house, reaching Siofok street 25.

Arriving by train, the Railway station is Balatonszeplak felső, walking distance 250m. From Siófok station it is 2,8km.

The premises are situated in Siofok, 2 km from the centre on Siófok street 25, site construction was finished on Aug 2023, under the name of Four Flowers.

The name of the apartments are Rose, Cactus, Orchid and Tulip. Common in their features is, that each of them are fully furnished. Each of them have 3 rooms. French bed in the master bedroom, drawable square sofa for two in the living room, and in the other rooms there is also a drawable sofa for two persons. Each of the four apartments can accommodate a maximum of six tenants. Each apartment contain digital TV, free WiFi, air condition for freezing/heating. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The kitchen equipments meet the highest quality of all customer needs with ceramic owens, refrigerator with deep freezer, dishwasher,capsule coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, turmix machine, air-fryer and sandwitch plate.

In the bathroom,there I a shower cabin, and wasing.and drying machineas well. The toilet is separate. On the ground floor, the Rose and Cactus apartments can be accessed from the garden, Tulip and Orchid sections can be accessed by the stairway on the first floor, Each of them are installed with security door locks.

The premise is installed with automatic parking lot gate, and coded and proxied personal entrance. There is internal parking space for 4-6 cars. There is a free parking possibility on the street on the opposite side.

In the grassed garden a five person jacuzzi, swimming pool, solar shower sunbeds are to be found. Garden benches and charcoal grill is available for the full comfort of our guests.
